Formula for positive/negative interview questions
Aug 17, 2023Do you know the formula for answering questions that require a positive/negative answer?
A classic example of these questions is: “What did you like in your last position? What did you dislike?”
For anything that demands a mixed answer, your answer should be 2/3 positive, 1/3 negative. Even if you did not like your last job, diving into negativity only makes YOU look bad!
