The Personal Touch Career Services Referral Program

Do you love us? 

The greatest testimony our clients can give is to refer their friends to us! In appreciation, we offer a referral fee for our writing and coaching services.

Referrals are broken into two categories: Standard and Premium.

Standard Referrals

Eligible programs:

• All resume & LinkedIn packages
• Hourly coaching
• Interview coaching

Standard referral fees are worth $25.

 For every person you refer who purchases a resume package, interview coaching, or hourly coaching, we will pay you $25. If you prefer, you can pass along your referral as a discount on the package to your friend.

Premium Referrals

Eligible services:

• Down & Dirty Job Search Group program
• Down & Dirty Job Search Private program

 For every person you refer who purchases a Down & Diry Job Search program, we will pay you $100. If you prefer, you can pass along your referral as a discount on the package to your friend.

How it works

We have two options for participating in our referral program.

1. Introduce us through email or LinkedIn Messaging.

The most direct way to refer us is through a group email or LinkedIn Message between you, your friend, and Donna Shannon or Dia Kline. We will follow up with them to set up our initial 30-minute complimentary consultation.

 2. Tell them to say your name.

If you don’t want to share the message, your friend can schedule their consultation through our website: https://www.personaltouchcareerservices.com/contact

Be sure to tell them to mention your name  – and yes, we must have your name and contact information to send you the referral fee.

The Fine Print

The referral program is available to all past clients, contacts, fans, friends, team members, and affiliates of the Personal Touch Career Services.

Ineligible products and services:

• Editing
• Additional resumes
• Cover letters
• Biographies
• Books
• Online classes

While online classes, books, and memberships are not eligible for the referral program, we do offer a 7% affiliate fee for these products and services. Please contact Donna Shannon for further details.

Referral fees will be paid by the end of the month through PayPal or Venmo. PayPal and Venmo may assign a 3% processing fee which is beyond our control. Referrals are based on the initial purchase and not on subsequent or multiple purchases from the same referred client.

 The referral program will be effective on January 2, 2024, and is subject to cancellation or modification without advance notice. Referral fees are not retroactive to previous referrals.
