Unlike many career coaches, our founder and Master Coach Donna Shannon worked as a recruiter for eight years, both as a corporate recruiter and as headhunter. She knows the hiring game from the inside out, and her two books – “How to Get a Job Without Going Crazy” and “Jump Start Your Sane Job Search” – teach job seekers how to get past the guard dogs like herself. Over the years, she has continued to evolve her programs to reflect the latest trends and market conditions.
